To license music
from 3sixty5 Music Publishing Group for compilations,
sampling or synchronization usage in motion pictures,
television & radio, commercials, live performance,
home video, in-house video, ringtones, Internet, consumer
products/merchandise, karaoke, etc., please submit a
license request form.
NOTE: For sampling or usage in a compilation
you have to also obtain a Master Use License from the
applicable record company. Master Use (the actual Sound
Recording). There is no need to obtain a master use
license if you are creating your own recording of the
song, but you must obtain a license from the owners
of the copyright to the song on behalf of the songwriters
(commonly referred to as a synchronization license).
